This super delicious and nutritious muesli layered parfait looks great and is a perfect snack to serve up when you have company. You can use mango, banana or peach (or any other fruit that tickles your fancy!) and not only get your protein hit, but also impress all your senses with this yummy recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup of organic plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons Designer Physique 100% Naturel Whey Protein Isolate, Concentrate or Soy Protein
1/2 cup of organic Muesli
1 mango or 1 banana or 1 peach cut into small pieces.

Directions:
Mix plain yoghurt with 2 tablespoons Designer Physique Whey Protein Isolate. Take a tall large glass and add the yoghurt/whey mixture first then place a layer of fruit pieces and then a layer of natural muesli. Place another layer of yogurt/whey mixture, fruit, and muesli. Top with fruit and enjoy. Makes 1 serving.
