This protein shake is simple and absolutely delicious! Our favourite fruit to use is peaches or mango but you can use any fruit as a substitute. The frozen vanilla yoghurt and milk makes this recipe sweet and creamy and will have you topping up your glass!
1 Scoop Designer Physique Protein
1 cup peaches or mango
1 cup of cold water or milk
1 cup low fat vanilla frozen Yoghurt
Ice to taste
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
