Unlike other products commonly available, Sports Mass Protein is naturally sweetened with Fructose (fruit sugar). Serving Suggestions General Athletes/ Weight Trainers/ Body Builders Mix 100g of in 500ml of cold water. Drink 250ml immediately before a workout and 250ml immediately after.
