Ingredients:
½ cup fruit juice concentrate
3 tablespoons Designer Physique 100% Naturel Whey Protein Concentrate, Isolate or Soy Protein
1 teaspoon of Designer Physique Creatine

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
