Ingredients:
1 cup low fat milk
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 cup low fat vanilla frozen Yogurt
2 tablespoons Designer Physique 100% Naturel Whey Protein Concentrate, Isolate or Soy Protein

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
