All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you direct to notify you of this and to discuss your options.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery within all Australian States only. We are unable to ship outside of Australia at this time however, are working on being able to do this in the future. In the meantime, for International Orders, please contact us at email@example.com.
Our website displays a handy time clock showing the “Time until next Dispatch”. If your order is placed before 12.30pm, on any business day, and is in stock, it will be dispatched that same day. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An automated dispatch confirmation email is forwarded to you with a tracking number. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 – 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

The cost of delivering your order, anywhere in Australia, for any sized order, is a flat rate of $16.00 excl. of GST. If your order total is over $100.00, delivery is free.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We will require details and a photograph(s) of the defective product(s).

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product(s) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
