Cranberry Chocolate Protein Balls

- 1/4 Almonds
- 1 cup of coconut
- 1 cup of oats
- 4 scoops of double chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 maple syrup (I used sugar free)
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of light peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (no added sugar)
Blitz the almonds in a good processor until they reach a chopped consistency. Add all other ingredients and combine.
Roll into balls. You can roll them in extra coconut if you wish.
Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to a week…. But they won’t last that long 😜
You can also freeze them.
